Tai Chi at the HIGHLAND CO. SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER! Instructor Fatima Even of The Ohio Valley Manor Home Health is leading Tai Chi classes at the center. Classes are offered to members for free. Tai Chi is recommended by the Arthritis Foundation and promotes relaxation and pain management. Classes are every Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Classroom space is limited.
